About
A field-built career
Anne-Cécile Judais has spent more than a quarter-century in direct contact with real estate in all its forms: transactions, rental management, construction project ownership, construction litigation. In 2015 she founded her own practice in Carry-le-Rouet — at the closest possible vantage on the market she works in.
Today, sworn valuation is the central activity of Cabinet ACJ Expertises. Transactions remain, as the natural extension of fine territorial knowledge. That double practice — acting on the market and measuring it — distinguishes Anne-Cécile from purely academic experts. A Real-Estate Valuation Expert, holder of the Master's in Real Estate Programme Management from ICH Paris (obtained through VAE in 2016) and the CEJI (Certificate in Real-Estate Law) from ICH Paris / CNAM, court-appointed expert before the Court of Appeal of Aix-en-Provence, member of EEFIC and CNCEJ, she practices in full independence, in the sole interest of her clients.
The practice covers four French départements — Bouches-du-Rhône (13), Var (83), Vaucluse (84) and Alpes-Maritimes (06). Anne-Cécile completed her training with the expertise modules of ICH / CNAM Marseille, validated by examination between 2016 and 2020 — including judicial expertise (50 hours, 2020), property estimation (2017), real-estate taxation (2018) and property sale contracts (2016-2017) — together with the certificate in Judicial Expertise (60 hours) from Sciences Po Aix (IEP), obtained in 2025. She was accredited in December 2025 as a court-appointed expert before the Court of Appeal of Aix-en-Provence, for three years from 1 January 2026. Professional guarantees: professional liability under the Galian Real-Estate Expert policy (€1,000,000 per claim), financial guarantee with GALIAN Assurances, and escrow account with CIC Lyonnaise de Banque.
"A valuation is neither an opinion nor a favour. It is a reasoned technical act — one that must hold up before a judge, and before time itself."
