Method
A held method, on every mission
No two valuations are alike. But all follow the same discipline: a clear frame, an honest enquiry, a reasoned conclusion, and unflinching support.
How the practice works
Method
Four phases structure each mission, from first contact through to post-report support.
- 01
Engagement letter
Scope, purpose, valuation date, documentary basis. Prior signature, firm quote.
- 02
Site visit & verification
Systematic physical visit, on-site measurements, planning and easement cross-checks, occupation status, comparable market data.
- 03
Reasoned report
Detailed report: methodologies used, comparable references, assumptions, value conclusion. Defensible and admissible in court.
- 04
Post-report support
Exchanges with the instructing lawyer, notary or administrator. Hearing attendance if required.
Engage the practice
First exchange
All work is undertaken under a signed engagement letter. The first exchange — by phone or email — frames the scope and purpose of the valuation.
